Faith Assembly started in 1944 as a brush arbor church in Kerrville. Today, grandparents who have prayed here for decades sit beside young families who walked in for the first time last month.
We believe the Bible is true, the Holy Spirit is still at work, and nobody should have to figure out faith alone. Never been to church? Had a bad experience? You are exactly who we hope walks in.

What a Sunday
looks like
About 75 minutes, start to finish. Most people dress casual. Street clothes are completely fine.
Worship
A full band, not too loud. Sing out or just listen. Nobody is watching you.

About 30 minutes, straight from the Bible. Right now: the Sermon on the Mount, line by line.
Faith Kids
Safe, checked-in classes for birth through age 12.
Coffee and people
A full coffee bar every Sunday. First time? Your specialty drink is on us.

Faith Kids meets during the 10:45 service for birth through age 12. Crafts, songs, games, and a lesson about Jesus at their level, led by people who know their names.

Simon Davenport

Simon and his wife, Lacey, have two kids, Lily and Moses. He has pastored Faith Assembly for three years.

We don’t stay
inside the walls
This spring, 300 neighbors filled our field for egg hunts, bounce houses, and the news that He is risen. Thirty volunteers made it happen. It was free, it was loud, and it was one of the best days of the year.
